The RX3 OmniGrip, our enhanced Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar, lets you perform wide, close, neutral, and angled pull-up variations from a single attachment. Whether you're training strict reps, neutral-grip chin-ups, explosive pull-ups, or band-assisted variations, the OmniGrip gives you stable, repeatable performance.
One of its biggest advantages comes from RX3's consistent 50 mm hole spacing across uprights and crossmembers. This allows the OmniGrip to mount upright-to-upright or upright-to-crossmember, giving users far more installation options than traditional multi-grip bars.
The bar's geometry has been optimized so that it does not add extra height to your Tornado Racks. The top of the bar sits level with the top of the pulley carriage, meaning users with low ceilings won't lose clearance.
If you want more grip variety, more ergonomic positioning, and a premium pull-up experience, the RX3 OmniGrip is a strong upgrade that enhances capability without changing the footprint of your rack.
