Lat Pulley System

Perform a variety of multi-joint and isolation movements such as lat pull downs and triceps extensions. Set up the pulley by wrapping the adjustment strap around a secure base then attach a carabiner and pulley. Add plates to the loading pin and connect to pulley using the a carabiner.
