Landmine Double Handle

Landmine exercises allow you to perform a variety of traditional and even non-conventional exercises with fewer safety risks than barbell movements. The Landmine Double Handle can be used for isolation and compound movements to target various muscle groups. Secure your barbell to a landmine and then attach the Landmine Double Handle to the other end of the bar to perform a variety of movements safely and comfortably with light to heavy loads. For use with standard 2" Olympic barbells.

Use with Warrior Landmine, plate landmine, or Builder® Landmine and Double Landmine attachments.
