K40 Heavy Duty Outer Bag [Medium] (SANDB-K40)

Sandbags are highly versatile and allow athletes to mix up their workouts with a variety of challenging movements. The outer bags feature six handles located at the top, bottom, and sides for different grip variations. Common exercises that can be performed include: shoulder carry, cleans, squats, deadlifts, and more. The outer bags are secured by a zipper and reinforced with heavy duty Velcro.
